For over 20 years, I dedicated my career to saving lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation, work grounded in compassion, service, and hope. That same heart now lives in my kitchen.

My love for cooking began as a child, standing beside my mom and Oma, learning that food is more than nourishment; it is love made visible. In middle school, a neighbor who decorated cakes gave me my first taste of baking as both a craft and a creative outlet, and I have been hooked ever since.

The kitchen has always been where I feel most inspired. From experimenting with recipes to embracing the beautiful science of sourdough, which was introduced to me by a dear friend a few years ago, each chapter has deepened my joy and curiosity. My passion for pasta truly came to life after taking a pasta-making course at a local restaurant with my husband and Director of Pasta Production, Michael. What started as a fun experience quickly became something much more meaningful.

Today, this journey has become a family affair. My daughter, Autumn, helps expand our presence on social media, while her boyfriend, Connor, is bringing our vision to life online through our website. Together, we are building something rooted in tradition, creativity, and, above all, positivity.

As we look ahead to 2026, our hope is to secure a commercial kitchen space as this adventure continues to grow. My word for the year is Flourish, a reminder to grow with intention, nurture what matters, and create with joy.
